We have for our random meal of the day a treat that I have been waiting for, the Ritter's Famous Pan Roast. We have it House style. The house style adds shrimp, crab, clams and lobster to the tomato cream base creole dish. I had the rice served on the side as it is normally scooped and placed right in the middle. Sometimes the wait is epic but well worth it.
