You can never have enough Ice Cream. We have for our random meal of the day a scoop of a Blue Bottle Vietnamese Coffee then we add another scoop of Brown Butter Ice Cream. We then top it with a Hat consisting of a sugar cone. This was so smooth and both flavors complimented each other just so well. I should have had a third scoop as they suggested pairing the Vietnamese Coffee ice cream with the Tahitian Vanilla!
