Pizza Margherita at Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana

Our random meal of the day brings us the Pizza Margherita. This is a classic Italian pizza consisting of Crushed Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Basil, Parmigiano Reggiano, Extra Virgin Olive Oil." There was a discussion of what should be on a real Italian pizza and how to properly eat it. You are supposed to fold the pizza in half to keep cheese warm so that was what I tried. This pizza is simple, classic and delicious.

Found at Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana in Pasadena, California.

    1. LOL, yup, not perfectly classic but it is how the restaurant decided to make it. Just be glad I did not add Bacon! ;)

  2. Trust me, you are NOT supposed to fold your pizza in halve... unless you want to eat at twice the speed! ;)
