Buttermilk Fried Chicken at Angeline's Louisiana Kitchen

Our random meal of the day brings us some Buttermilk Fried Chicken. This order starts with several pieces of buttermilk batter boneless fried chicken breast that are placed on a bed of a flavorful ginger-vanilla sweet potato mash. A perfect side serving of tasso ham cream gravy enhances the moist buttermilk fried chicken. For the healthy touch to the random meal, we finsh with Blue Lake green beans.

Found at Angeline's Louisiana Kitchen in Berkeley, California.

  1. That looks really good and I hope you have a fun trip to the Bay Area. I recommend Burma Superstar for their rainbow salad, citrus chicken, nan pia dok, and their platha. The restaurant is in SF on Clement Street. In San Jose, I recommend Thien Long for the best tender shaken beef with red rice. I love your blog and have read every post and looked at every picture lol.

I will definitely keep in mind the restaurants that you recommended the next time I'm in the bay area.
