Empress Harbor Restaurant Beef Rice Noodle Rolls

Our random meal brings us Beef Rice Noodle Rolls. Dim Sum is very much a communal meal. It is a meal that family and friends can come together for. The larger the group the better actually as you will be able to sample more items. Each plate that comes out is meant to be shared with the group. Each person should take a piece as most items comes individualized in a common plate. You normally get about 3 to 4 pieces in each plate. The Beef Rice Noodle Rolls is actually semi pre-cut but takes a bit more of an effort to share. Since it is actually a larger serving than most dishes, it can actually server more than 4 people. This dish is a staple every time we have dim sum. Sometimes we twist it up and have it with shrimp instead of beef. Sometimes we actually have both versions depending on how large of a group.
Found at Empress Harbor Restaurant in Monterey Park, CA.
