Pho Tai



Pho is a traditional Vietnamese meal. Pho Tai consists of a beef broth that is simmered for hours until it is perfectly seasoned, then you add rice noodles, and thinly sliced beef. The rare beef is placed into your soup just before serving and will finish cooking in the broth.
