Square One Dining Brioche French Toast with Bourbon - Pecan Topping

Breakfast is today's random meal of the day. I consider breakfast to be my favorite meal of the day. I am always on the lookout for some interesting french toast. Today we have the Brioche French Toast with a Bourbon Pecan Topping. The rich butter Brioche bread enhances the flavor of the egg that is used to make the french toast. Since Brioche bread already has a higher concentration of egg and butter, this makes this french toast quite decadent. The bourbon pecan topping mingles well with the french toast and lightens up the rich flavor. The dollop of whipped cream turns this breakfast into more of a delicious dessert indulgence.
