Starling Diner SF Stuffed French Toast

Nestled in the middle of a residential area in Long Beach, we found this charming diner. After passing time waiting for a table, we were finally greeted with not the specials but what had already sold out! Today we have the "San Francisco Stuffed French Toast". Orochon Ramen Hyper Spicy Level 2

The Wall of Bravery holds your challenge. Are you brave enough to conquer the special #2? There are 7 levels of spicy on the normal scale. It starts at level 7 for non-spicy and up to level 1 for extreme. Then there are 2 bonus extreme spicy levels, the special #1 and the special #2. If you can completely eat the entire bowl in 30 minutes of the special #2, you get your picture up on the Wall of Bravery.
For me, today is not the day. For today's random meal of the day, we have the miso flavor ramen with the HYPER Orochon spicy level 2. This is one level below the normal extreme. I also added an order of Cha - Shu Pork Slice to the meal.
There was one brave soul in the restaurant attempting the glory and fame of the Wall of Bravery. Alas, within 5 minutes, he looked brighter than the special #2 flaming red broth as he stared into the ginormous bowl in front of him and ponder the enormity of the battle before him... Maybe next time....
